Use the Complaint Form to record your complaint. Depending upon the nature of the complaint, the investigation may require: (1) access to our CPE participation records; (2) review of our CPE promotional materials; and (3) in some instances, review of a program offered by the Oracle Independent Consultants LLC (OIC).
If the complaint involves an administrative infraction, OIC will investigate the infraction and correct the problem and provide evidence that appropriate action has been taken. If the complaint involves program content, OIC may designate a representative to participate in and evaluate a program offered by OIC.
Please allow ten (10) business days to process your complaint and respond to the Complaint Form you submitted.
